Jerky movement

Does anyone else have jerky movement trying to move through the LoTR using the default WASD keys? I can find nothing in the forums on this and none of the options seem to give me an idea on how to correct it.
I can post my system specs if anyone wants, but it is an HP m7680n (dual-core, 2gig ram built in nvida 256meg graphics).
Some helpful suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'd say check to make sure you don't have any extra background processes running, and if you're running a firewall you may want to dig in and see if it's choking up there.

EndItAll is good for checking those background processes...
