Tal Bruinen... talk to the elf along the road in the Trollshaws betwen The Last Bridge and Thorenhad. She will give you directions to the new area there.

High Pass...talk to the elves by The Last Homely House and the dwarfs in Gloin's Camp for quests and directions.

These zones have a lot of solo quests level 45+ and wargs in the High Pass drop exceptional hides like mad.

One piece of advice: do not go into Goblin Town alone. There are some spots where the respawn rate is just insane.

Actually, the respawn rate in Goblin Town is based on the time of day in the game. At least that has been my experience. If it is daytime in the game you can pretty much get in there relatively easy. Now there are sections where it can get hairy when you are by yourself. However, I have been able to complete a number of quests in there by myself.

Do not try and enter during nighttime though, that is according to the game clock. The respawn rate at the front door is insane. Myself and another tank sat there for at least 15 minutes and absolutely could not get past the front door. However, when sunrise hit, the rate and a lot of mobs all disappeared.

I don't know if that is on purpose or what, but that's what I have experienced.
