They announced that the alpha phase had started a while back on the regular forums.

I got accepted into ArchLord Online beta. To bad I only have 64 megs of ram to go with my 4 gig hard drive and my 200 and something megahertz Celeron Dell OptiPlex G1. As the MacDonald's motto goes "I'm lovin it!"
P.s. I'm lovin Windows 98 all over again. Not!

Uhm, isn't it wrong to even admit if you were in beta? wouldnt that be a violation and they could remove you from beta?

They started Beta 1 a few weeks back. I think the next one is in October, and they are really going to start opening it up. Plus, I've heard rumors of contests to get in.
